At Haqsolusi Empire, we act as an authorized agent facilitating the sale and servicing of general insurance products from licensed insurers. While we do not directly issue insurance policies, we are committed to supporting our customers in all aspects of their insurance experience—including cancellations and refund coordination.

1. Our Role

As an insurance agent, we:

Assists customers in selecting and applying for insurance products.

Collects and forwards premium payments to the respective insurers.

Facilitates policy servicing, including cancellation and refund requests.

All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurer that underwrites the policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in accordance with the refund policies of the respective insurance providers. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Cancellation During Free-Look Period:
Most insurers allow cancellation within a specified “free-look” period (typically 15 days), with a full or partial refund if no claims have been made.

Duplicate or Excess Payment:
If you have overpaid or made a duplicate payment, a refund may be issued after validation.

Policy Not Issued or Rejected:
If the insurer rejects your application or the policy is not issued, the premium may be refunded in full.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your request:

We will forward the cancellation/refund request to the relevant insurer.

Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 14–21 business days (timeline depends on the insurer’s policy).

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise advised by the insurer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note, refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

A claim has already been made under the policy.

The free-look period has expired (for applicable policies).

Non-refundable charges such as administrative fees, stamp duty, or taxes may be deducted as per insurer policy.

6. Important Notes

We does not have authority to approve or deny refunds. Final decisions are made by the respective insurance company.

We will make every effort to support and expedite your request.
